This page shows one verse from the Quran first. If the sadness is heavy, tell someone you trust.
If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number. Alauddin is not a substitute for professional help.
From the Quran
And Job, when he cried unto his Lord, (saying): Lo! adversity afflicteth me, and Thou art Most Merciful of all who show mercy.
Al-Anbiya 21:83
This can be a simple way to say that a hard season is allowed to hurt.
Your journal stays on your phone. Verse Finder is off unless you turn it on. Turning it on is your consent to send your words, without your name, to our server and to Google, only so an id can be chosen from a fixed list of Holy Quran verses. Alauddin does not save those words. The verse on screen is from our verified text. For guidance, consult a qualified scholar. Switch it off to withdraw that consent. Notes can include health details (Washington My Health My Data). They're sent only to pick a verse and aren't stored.
